So today was pretty boring. I kindof failed on intake with too many carbs but i make up for it with a jog after school. I might still do my abbwork tonight as well but i'm not sure yet, i'm getting really sore.. but, hey, that means it's working right? (: ...I can already see some deffinition starting on my arms and stomach and i'm getting increasingly more excited for summer!! Now i just need to focus on cutting back with caffeine and sodium :S
