  • Progress & Fitspo :D

    So today was pretty boring. I kindof failed on intake with too many carbs but i make up for it with a jog after school. I might still do my abbwork tonight as well but i'm not sure yet, i'm getting really sore.. but, hey, that means it's working right? (: ...I can already see some deffinition starting on my arms and stomach and i'm getting increasingly more excited for summer!! Now i just need to focus on cutting back with caffeine and sodium :S

    Intake

    -Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal

    - Coffee

    -Oj

    -Apple

    - Vanilla Coke

    - Veggie Chilli

    - Tomato Soup

    - Toasted Peanut Butter Sandwhich

    -Tea

    -Pasta in a tomato, Mushroom, and tofu sauce

    -Garlic Bread

  • Last time i was on here it was all about loosing weight... in a very unhealthy way mind you.. but it's different now. I want a body i cant feel good about. I want chissled abs and slin thighs and i want to do it the right way (:
